Work Process
First phase
Sending the final architecture file by you, which is approved by the employer and is applicable.
Second phase
Submitting the proposal for the installation systems preferred by you or your employer, either on by you or with our guidance.
Third phase
Sending the zero-phase report by our company, which encompasses the conclusive measures undertaken for the project and the disclosure of the design expenditure.
Fourth phase
The provision of initial sketches and explicitly indicating the placement of facility entrances within the plan, as well as written communication regarding modifications and the ultimate completion of the plan, from our organization to yours.
Fifth phase
Executing the comprehensive design of the plans and delivering the initial phase plans to the client by our company.
Sixth phase
Upon conducting a thorough verification and validation process by the employer, we will proceed with the second phase of the project, ensuring its completion. Subsequently, we will transmit the finalized project to you.
About Us
I, Behrouz Armani, a civil engineer, hereby represent Honaam, a company that is prepared to offer design services for novel mechanical and electrical building installation systems to architectural design firms and employers.
The majority of our projects primarily consist of luxury villa buildings, as well as residential and office towers.
